Yes, every timepiece we sell is 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized distributors or the manufacturers themselves. Each watch comes with its original packaging and a valid warranty.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
For domestic orders, we offer standard shipping (3-5 business days) and express shipping (1-2 business days). Orders placed before 2 PM are typically processed the same day.
What is your return policy for luxury watches?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn watches in their original condition with all tags and protective films intact. Please note that customized or engraved items are final sale.

How do I adjust the strap or bracelet of my new watch?
Most of our metal bracelet watches include a complimentary sizing tool. Alternatively, you can take your watch to any local jeweler, or visit one of our authorized service centers for a professional adjustment.
