At WatchPilot™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury timepiece. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of receipt, provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all protective packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Timepiece
Securely place the watch in its original presentation box, including all manuals, warranty cards, and tags, before placing it into a protective shipping carton.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid insured shipping label from the portal and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the return at our facility, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
